These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of SBB Universe (Sona Brahman Brand), accessible via this website and any associated apps (the "Platform"), operated by SBB Universe. By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

1. What SBB Universe Is

SBB Universe is a business listing and booking platform that connects Customers with independent, third-party service providers ("Retailers"). SBB Universe is not itself a service provider — the services listed are provided by the Retailers, who are solely responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of the services they offer.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your login credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• SBB Universe may suspend or lock accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

3. Bookings

• When you book a service, you enter into a direct arrangement with the Retailer for that service.
• Prices, availability and working hours are set by each Retailer and may change.
• Payment can be made online (via Razorpay) or as Cash on Completion, depending on what the Retailer and platform settings allow at the time of booking.
• Cancellations and rescheduling are subject to the options available in your account and any applicable Retailer policies.

4. Retailer Obligations

Retailers listing on SBB Universe agree to provide accurate business information, honour the prices and working hours displayed, and fulfil bookings professionally. SBB Universe reserves the right to approve, reject, deactivate or remove any Retailer listing that does not meet platform standards.

5. Commission & Payments

SBB Universe charges Retailers a commission on completed bookings, at the rate displayed to the Retailer at the time of booking. For online payments, the commission is retained by SBB Universe and the Retailer's share is paid out to their registered account. For Cash on Completion bookings, the Retailer is responsible for settling the commission due to SBB Universe.

6. Cashback

SBB Universe may, at its discretion, offer cashback to Customers on eligible bookings, provided the Customer has added valid payout details (UPI or bank account) to their account. Cashback percentages, eligibility and availability may change at any time and are not guaranteed.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to: submitting false information, attempting to bypass security features, harassing other users, or using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

SBB Universe facilitates connections between Customers and Retailers but is not a party to the service itself. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SBB Universe is not liable for the acts, omissions, quality of service, or conduct of any Retailer or Customer.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
